Introduction

Welcome to Insighta Business, an online platform providing access to expert insights, reports, and data. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Insighta Business.

Definitions

• Authorized Users: Individuals or organizations registered and granted access based on their account type.
• Expert Contributors: Individuals or entities uploading reports, insights, or data for sale or free display.
• Subscribers and Buyers: Users purchasing or subscribing to access reports, insights, or related materials.

User Types

• Free Users – may browse and download limited public content.
• Pay-per-use Users – purchase individual insights or reports.
• Subscribers – enjoy tiered subscription packages with broader access.
• Expert Contributors – upload and sell content under a Data Licensing Agreement.

Report Purchases and Licensing

• Reports may be bought individually or through subscription tiers.
• Purchased content is for internal or personal use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
• Each report may carry usage restrictions or expiry conditions set by the contributor.

Account Registration and Obligations

• Users must provide accurate registration information.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
• Any unauthorized activity must be reported immediately to privacy@insightabusiness.com.

Payments, Refunds, and Renewals

• Payments accepted via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or regional options.
• Refunds are only allowed in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Service Modifications

• Insighta Business may update or discontinue features without prior notice.
• Significant changes affecting access or pricing will be communicated to users.

Intellectual Property

• All content, code, and trademarks belong to Insighta Business or its contributors.
• Users may not copy or distribute content without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

• Services and materials are provided “as is.”
• Insighta Business is not liable for business decisions made based on purchased information.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific disputed service.

Governing Law and Disputes

• EU Users: GDPR and EU consumer protection laws apply.
• US Users: CCPA and applicable state privacy laws apply.
• Jordan & GCC Users: Local e-commerce and data protection laws apply.
• All disputes shall be governed by Jordanian law and settled by arbitration or competent courts in Amman.
