Data Licensing Agreement – Insighta Business

Scope of License

Contributors grant Insighta Business a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Distribute and sell content and insights
• Display and promote content
• Analyze content for internal improvement and AI-based analytics

Payments and Revenue Sharing

• Contributors earn commissions from each sale. Payouts occur within three months of each transaction.
• Contributors are responsible for local tax compliance.

Intellectual Property Protection

• Contributors must own the IP rights for their content. Insighta Business may remove content violating IP laws.
• Insighta Business reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content it considers inconsistent with the Terms of Use, the objectives of the Platform, its policies, or applicable professional standards.

Liability and Indemnity

• Contributors bear responsibility for the accuracy and legality of their content and agree to indemnify Insighta Business against claims arising from inaccurate or misleading material.

Termination

• Contributors may request content removal; prior licenses and completed sales remain valid.
• Insighta Business may terminate agreements for policy breaches.

Applicable Law

Governed by Jordanian law and subject to arbitration in Amman.
